All cleaning services booked with Vicky's Cleaning Agency & Services are subject to availability and confirmation. Quotes provided are estimates based on the information shared with us and may be adjusted after an on-site assessment where the scope of work differs from what was described.
Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking. Full or partial payment may be required in advance for certain services, such as post-construction or one-time deep cleaning.
We ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made with as much notice as possible so we can adjust our team's schedule accordingly.
Clients are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property or premises being cleaned, including any necessary keys, codes, or estate clearance.
Our team takes care with all surfaces, furniture, and fittings. Clients are encouraged to point out fragile, valuable, or sensitive items before a cleaning session begins.
If any area of a completed job does not meet the agreed standard, please let us know promptly so we can arrange a follow-up visit.
